Antigua stands committed to advancing human rights through our company policies and business practices. Our company respects and values the rights of workers and believes in the right to fair and safe workplace conditions. We demonstrate this through our actions as a company. In 2014, we launched our official Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Compliance Management Program. Through our program we ensure compliance to the Antigua Code of Conduct through conducting factory evaluations, annual self-assessments, questionnaires, surveys, and e-learning trainings.
Antigua continues to embed social responsibility into our business practices, and we have made great gains in supply chain transparency, ethical sourcing, educating, and training our vendors. Antigua is committed to engaging with civil society organizations focused on the improvement of working conditions. We are proud to be an affiliated Participating Company with the Fair Labor Association, an organization of leading apparel companies, universities, and civil society organizations working together to uphold workers’ rights around the world.
