Antigua stands committed to advancing human rights through our company policies and business practices. Our company respects and values the rights of workers and believes in the right to fair and safe workplace conditions. We demonstrate this through our actions as a company. In 2014, we launched our official Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Compliance Management Program. Through our program we ensure compliance to the Antigua Code of Conduct through conducting factory evaluations, annual self-assessments, questionnaires, surveys and e-learning trainings. We continue to embed social responsibility into our business practices and over the past three years we have made great gains in supply chain transparency, ethical sourcing, educating and training our vendors. We have become members of industry organizations, such as the Fair Labor Organization and C-TPAT, that specialize in key programs that enable us to maintain social compliance. These partnerships allow us to share valuable data and enhancements to our program to meet the changing industry standards and requirements. We reaffirm our commitment each day to act responsibly and operate with the utmost integrity to ensure fair and safe workplace conditions, and fully meet the challenges that lie ahead.
