Reports to Director of Customer Care

Summary of Position:

To maintain expertise of licensing requirements and process new logo requests and decoration instructions on a per order basis while adhering to licensor, customer, and divisional parameters. Some of the key responsibilities of this position are:

1. Prepare color charts for orders through Embtrak
2. Create new logos via submitting instructions to the digitizers.
3. Obtain logo approval on new designs from customers via email or with a physical swatch when requested, or from licensors via each licensor’s portal.
4. Review orders to ensure all logo requirements are followed and that we are in compliance with all rules and requirements of each licensor.
5. Maintain design information in Embtrak and AX on a per logo basis.
6. Prepare artwork in Illustrator for licensor and/or customer approval.
7. Handle Hot Market/If Wins, Tournaments and other special events on a timely basis to meet customer in-hand dates.
8. Coordinate special circumstances and rushes with the customer, sales rep, and production.
9. Collaborate with accounting to ensure royalty process are followed for licensed logos and correct information are entered into the system.
10. Assist customers with decisions on new logo designs and color direction and offer suggestions when appropriate.
11. Handle additional duties as the position evolves or as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. High school graduate
2. Six to twelve months of Customer Service, embroidery machine operation or other related experience.
3. Possess a great sense of color and design
4. High level of attention to detail.
5. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
6. Ability to manage multiple priorities.
7. Intermediate level of Windows navigation and Adobe Illustrator.
8. Familiarity with all sports teams a plus.

Corporate Inside Sales Representative

Reports to National Sales Manager-Corporate

Summary of Position:

An Inside Sales representative’s job entails selling or introducing new corporate products to established clients. Build quotations, write orders and communicate pertinent information to the customers. The primary duty involves tracking and following up on the leads, the organization generates based on marketing. An Inside Sales representative handles the project execution actions and overall coordination between Customer Service department and Outside Sales department.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide outstanding customer service for internal and external customers.
2. Make outbound calls on both new and existing leads. Meet quotas set by Manager
3. Participating fully in training sessions, meetings, skill building and professional development classes.
4. Identifying decision makers amongst the targeted leads in order to start sales process.
5. Cooperating with National Sales Manager to determine essential strategic approaches for sales.
6. Maintaining and expanding the database of prospects of the organization.
7. Outbound and inbound account management. 8. Attending sales group meetings concerning sales targets or forecasts, reporting on market situation.
9. Handling cancellations or changes in sales order and communicating the changes with the related departments.
10. Coordinating with customer service for status on orders from related departments in ensuring the delivery commitment to clients is met.
11. Emphasizing product features and benefits, discussing credit terms, quoting prices, and processing credit memos.
12. Capturing of accurate and complete information in Customer Relationship Management system (CRM).

Licensed Sales Coordinator
Licensed Division

Reports to Brendan McQuillan - VP of Sales

Summary of Position:

The ideal candidate will have strong sports knowledge and great organization skills. They will assist the sales department with coordinating new and existing client’s requests. Some of the key responsibilities of this position are:

• Works with reps on orders/logos/expedites
• Helps enter orders for Bealls, MLB offices, NFL offices, etc., and promo orders
• Assist with price sheets/memos/catalog development
• Assist customer support when needed on editing orders/changing dates
• Liaison between reps and logo developers for new logo/embroidered patch development requests
• Assist with tradeshows and/or traveling to Key Accounts
• Cleaning up/organizing catalog website and ESC documents
• Coordinating Booking info/rep notes into a single document
• Run pre-book and other sales reports on a weekly/monthly basis or when needed

Qualifications and Requirements:

Candidate must have a strong sports knowledge such as:

• Proficient Excel skills
• 1-2 years of sales experience or similar background

Summary of Position:

Sales Representative to increase sales in several territories across the United States. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing contact with existing customers, identifying new opportunities, and following up on potential leads. This sales representative will be responsible for the management and growth of the region and act as a consultant to clients. Sales Rep will need to meet their marketing goals by developing strategies, utilizing sales and marketing techniques.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Travel within territory to meet customer and prospects
2. Sell the company’s products during face-to-face sales calls daily
3. Builds and maintains relationships with repeat and new customers
4. Educate customers on how the company’s products can benefit them

Qualifications and Requirements:

Summary of Position: Antigua is looking for an energetic and resourceful Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Manager to join its team. This individual must have solid knowledge of all expects of Social Compliance and experience with the FLA affiliation process. Collaborate with executives and all relevant company departments to continuously assess and improve Antigua’s business practices to mitigate negative impacts on suppliers and workers. Some of the other key responsibilities of this position are:

Social Compliance:

• Execute factory audits, corrective action plans and remediation in accordance with company’s CSR program

• Collect and analyze audit data and compliance trends to prevent and mitigate negative impacts and address issues in a sustainable manner

• Partner with executives, staff, third-party service providers and subject matter experts to develop necessary trainings and tools to further educate company staff and factory base

• Manage and execute all obligations for Antigua as an affiliated Participating Company with the Fair Labor Association (FLA), including, but not limited to:

• Creating and maintaining standard operating procedures regarding FLA affiliation

• Participating fully in due diligence activities such as annual self-assessments, workplace monitoring assessments, remediation, etc.

• Disclosing CSR policies, procedures, and data

• Actively participating in FLA activities and meetings and engaging with various affiliates of the FLA – colleges and universities, companies, and civil society organizations

 

• Seek out ongoing professional development opportunities related to CSR and sustainability trends, local labor issues, and international standards

• Communicate regularly with company staff and relevant external parties regarding the company’s CSR practices, data and learnings

Stakeholder Engagement

• Oversee stakeholder engagement, including relationships with and responses to labor activists, trade unions, industry associations, and customers

• Act as a liaison in any claims, disputes or investigations via worker, labor union or third-party

• Consult with supplier management and legally constituted unions or worker representative structures to gain an understanding of relevant relationships

• Engage with civil society organizations (CSOs) to gain understanding of local labor issues, to incorporate CSO expertise in the design and implementation of the company’s CSR Program, and to influence local governments on improving working conditions

• Create and share annual reports

• Develop presentations for internal and external purposes

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Relevant undergraduate degree; ideally masters in relevant field

• 10+ years of experience in similar role within business

• Demonstrates a strong commitment to and passion for advancing CSR in global supply chains, with direct experience advising on program development, deployment, and measurement

• Experience dealing with and understanding supplier’s and buyer’s perspectives in a commercial context

• Experience with FLA, WRAP and/or other CSR related initiatives and certifications

• Ability to influence others, at all levels

• Highly effective collaborator and networker - able to build and manage complex relationships internally and externally

• Interpersonal skills and experience engaging with businesses, civil society groups and governments on long-term solutions to CSR challenges

• Familiarity with the global sustainability agenda and salient CSR issues

• Demonstrates ability to design new approaches to complex problems

• Outstanding communication skills with ability to represent the company to a wide range of external audiences
